Shipping policy

All products will be shipped second class with Royal Mail unless another method is requested. Each piece is handmade to order, and with current demand the customer should allow up to 7 days for the item to be shipped, and up to 7 days for the item to arrive*. Please get in touch if you require faster delivery. Gift wrapping and handwritten notes are also available free of charge.

* To allow time to get in touch with Royal Mail regarding delays, we will not issue new items until 14 days has passed since the order was shipped.

Refund policy

If there is a fault with the item, or the customer is unsatisfied, they may return the item and have it repaired or exchanged for an item of the same cost free of charge. Earrings cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty. A refund will be issued if the customer does not want the item changed/repaired, provided that the item is sent back to us. When we receive the item, the money will be refunded alongside postage costs. Items must be returned in their original condition, unless agreed otherwise. If the item is irresponsibly packaged and is damaged in transit, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
